Hansa, or Hansakortteli (Hansa Block) as it is called by the locals, is the largest, most distinctive, and oldest shopping centre in Turku. Hansa is located right in the heart of Turku and at the focal point of events - by the Kauppatori (market square), where you can find almost all you can possibly need

The shopping centre offers excellent services and shops in the fields of fashion, dressing, free time, and household items; Stockmann department store; cosy restaurants and cafés; pharmacy, health and medical services; and great banking and money exchange services.

Another appealing reason to visit the shopping centre is its versatile and intriguing catalogue of events, as things are happening at Hansa all year round. While you are shopping, you can encounter various events, culture, and exhibitions. Finland's oldest theatre, Åbo Svenska Teater, is also located in Hansa.

Hansakortteli is easy to visit by bus, bike, or even on foot. For our customers who arrive by car, there are multiple parking garages in the centre area. Welcome!

Lippupalvelu/Ticketmaster
At Lippupalvelu, you can purchase tickets or pick up your reservations. Lippupalvelu is found at the Stockmann department store, fourth floor. Open Mon-Fri 10am-8pm, Sat 10am-7pm, on trading Sundays noon-6pm

Bottle return
For returnable bottles and cans, go to S-Market Hansa Herkku on the bottom floor.

Toilets
There are toilets in Kultatalo Food Court (3rd floor) and next to Glitter in Hansa (2nd floor). Other toilets are in connection with cafés and restaurants.

Toilets for the disabled
Toilets for the disabled are at the following locations: Thalia 2nd floor, St. Erik 2nd floor and Kultatalo Food Court 3rd floor.

Child care facilities
There are is a room for child care in Kultatalo Food Court 3rd floor. There is also a nice family room on the 2nd floor in Hansa called Little Hansa, there you can find a small kitchen, toilets, child care facilities, play area etc.

You can exchange money at: Forex, Eerikinkatu 13, street level (Thalia).

By car
Shopping centre Hansa has several parking facilities in its immediate vicinity, which makes is easy and quick to pay Hansa a call.

By bus
Local traffic buses stop right outside the Hansa main doors. The terminal point for long-distance traffic coaches is the bus station. From there, it is only about one kilometre to Hansa.

By train
The distance between the Turku train station and Hansa is about 2 km. From the airport Turku airport is about 8 kilometres from Hansa. Turku Citytraffic (TuKl) handles the connections between the airport and Turku centre.
